Moshulu Reviews

I love mosulu shoes, and buy a lot of their boots. I'm writing a review in the hope that they will improve the quality of the soles on boots.
The issues are two fold:
1. The boots suffer from very bad static, something I've never experienced with any other shoes but have experienced with all 3 pairs of my moshulu boots.
2. The soles dont last. Every pair I've bought has holes in the soles within 3-4 months of relatively light use-- walking to/ from work (1 mile). At the price point, it would be good for the boots to last 2-3 years.

These are the most comfortable slippers I have ever bought, I love them, they are well made, very lightweight, I am thrilled with them, so very happy to recommend the company.

My daughter purchased some slippers for me for Xmas. I have to say they are fabulous, they are so cute and comfy! When I can’t find them my daughter has them on! Guess I’ll be buying her a pair for this Xmas! Highly recommend! I’ve just purchased some sandals.

I have have used Moshulu on four occasions now and have been delighted with my purchases. Three pairs of slippers all of excellent quality, beautifully packaged and delivered promptly. Today I received a handbag as part of my Daughter’s birthday present. It is very unusual, very well made and will certainly use them again.

I always return junk mail to the senders
What about all of those tonnes of paper dumped, because recipients don't return it and don't recycle it?
Paper manufacture is a massive polluter

A gift of a pair of lovely looking moshulu socks. Came complete with toe sized hole. QC needs a serious looking at. I am not upsetting my relative by telling them so they went in the bin.

Every item I have purchased has been of excellent quality and very comfortable. The fit of your sandals, shoes and trainers has been very good. When I have phone an order through I have had a very good service your staff are brilliant even when I read out a number wrong. I will certainly recommend your company to family and friends thank you

When my ankle boots has arrived I was happy because they even look nice and for that two stars. I was happy as long as I didn`t put them on for work and I coudn`t back home as they are hurting my feet so much! The back of the boots is so hard and rubs the heels. I`m so disappointed! I paid 55 POUNT plus delivery for the boots.

I have just received my purchase. I ordered over the phone on Friday 29th January, and l received it today the 3rd February. I ordered the Budburst bag in purple, and it is just lovely and the leather is so soft. I would definitely recommend this company .

Lovely shoes! I didn't have to return any of my 2 pairs, but in a case I would want to, the box includes a return label, which is very handy.

My friend and I both love Moshulu slippers and today (Tuesday) I ordered a pair to be delivered for her 70th birthday on Saturday. I followed up with a request to the customer services to request a speedy despatch today as it was such a special celebration. The advisor stated that it was a 3-5 day delivery (fair enough). However she was unable to call the dispatchers to carry out my request for speedy dispatch.It beats me why not?? What’s the point of ‘ customer services’ if not to fulfil customer wishes. Our local Moshulu shop in Market Harborough is staffed by positive and ‘can do’ individuals. Perhaps some staff training by our local staff to your customer relations staff on pleasing your customers may be appropriate!!!

First visited Moshulu Colours the week prior to their shop opening in Stratford upon Avon many years ago and continue to purchase goods at the Fairways garden centre at Clifton, Derbyshire where the treats continue to delight.
